Undergraduate Admission Requirements
Admissions into the Federal University of Technology and Environmental Science, Iyin-Ekiti, are open for candidates who meet the following requirements.
- UTME Requirement: Candidates seeking admission into FUTES-Iyin must have sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and score a minimum of 160.
- Candidates must choose FUTES-Iyin as their first choice institution in JAMB. Candidates who choose FUTES-Iyin as their second choice can still apply, but will be required to apply for a change of institution via JAMB and make FUTES-Iyin their first choice institution.
- O’Level Requirement: Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in core subjects, including mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings (some programmes may have special requirements).
How to Apply for Admission
The following steps to apply for admissions into FUTES:
- Make a JAMB change of institution and course, choosing FUTES as your first choice university, and select any of the above programmes.
- Visit the FUTES-Iyin undergraduate application portal and click on “Create Account”.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and fill in the preceding form.
- Upload your passport photograph and other supporting documents.
- Submit the form and print out your acknowledgment slip.
- Monitor your JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) for admission updates.
