The Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET) is a Federal University located in the South-East Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. It was established by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as part of the federal government’s efforts to address environmental degradation and educational empowerment in the region.
Today, the university has begun with six (6) faculties and 24 career programs with the hope of expansion to align with the institution’s establishment mandate.

Application Requirement
Candidates who wish to pursue a degree in any of the programs listed above must possess the following requirements.
- UTME Requirement: Candidates must sit for the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME and score 150 and above for the year they wish to apply.
- O’Level Requirement: Candidates must possess a minimum of five credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years old before applying.
- Candidates who did not choose the Federal University of Environment and Technology are eligible to apply, but will make a change of institution to FUET.

- Visit the FUET admission portal.
- Click on”New Student Apply Now”.
- Provide your details accurately.
- Upload supporting documents.
- Submit and print out your acknowledgment slip.
