The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced in its latest weekly bulletin that the registration process for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, known as UTME Registration, will commence in the first quarter of 2026.
The Board pledged to roll out the 2026 Unified Tertiary Examination application early in 2026, following a successful accreditation of Computer-based centres, validation and security checks for centres, personnel, and stakeholders involved in the registration exercise.
Furthermore, the management of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board added that the 2026 UTME examination will be robust, secure, and largely fraud-proof, adding that adequate measures have been put in place to address any registration irregularities.
